4" or 5" HOSE TOOL

Our LDH tool is designed for use with 100 ft sections of 4 or 5 inch fabric or rubber covered large diameter hose with Stortz couplings. It sweeps the bottom of the hose as it is collected on the tool. Once rolled, the tool is moved to the rear of the fire apparatus where the hose section is then reloaded back onto the truck by unrolling. The primary benefit from this system is that, at no time, does the user have to lift or bend over to roll this 100 pound section of hose, thus reducing the risk of back injury.

11/2" TO 3" HOSE COILER

Our solution for smaller (11/2 to 3 inch) hose rolling is the Hose Coiler.  This compact device assembles to provide effortless, stand-up hose rolling.  The device slips into a flange that can be mounted on the apparatus, a wall, rack or into a receiver hitch mount.  Then simply place the male or female coupling into the slot and roll into neat, tight rolls.  Since the tool is located at a 4 ft level, the hose section will also drain while rolling.  Once rolled the hose can be slid off the tool and placed on a rack, in the utility truck, etc.  You will be amazed at how quick, easily and SAFELY this size hose can be rolled and stored.
