Thank you for considering support for the VIP for a VIP Program. While we may never know the true value of your contribution, we can only hope that it might be the life of a high school teenager that attended a VIP for a VIP program.
VIP for a VIP Inc is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Donation by check (payable to VIP for a VIP Inc) can be mailed to VIP for a VIP Inc, Attn David Hood, 2406 Farm Gate Road, Brown Summit, NC 27214. Please complete this form, print, and send it with the check. We will send you an acknowledgement by mail or email.

October 14, 2011 Grant funding from the Governor's Highway Safety Program helps purchase the program trailer and generator for the Eastern Team
August 27, 2011 Guilford County Emergency Services supports the VIP for a VIP program with check for $2,500.00
August 23, 2011 State Farm Insurance delivers a check for $5,000.00
July 18, 2011 The VIP for a VIP program receives a check for $1,000 from the NC Association of School Resource Officers at their annual conference.
June 13, 2011 The Guilford County Child Fatality Prevention Team presents a check for $1,000.00 to the VIP for a VIP Program.
July 1, 2010 Pinecroft-Sedgefield Fire Department presents a check for $1,200 for insurance for the VIP for a VIP program. This funding was from the proceeds of a hotdog sale in April. PSFD has been a supporter of the VIP for a VIP program since it's inception, providing sound equipment and key personnel that are instrumental in program delivery. Their hotdogs are great too ! May 17, 2010 The Columbus County Sheriffs Office presents checks for $10,000 to the VIP for a VIP Program! April 2, 2010 Volvo Truck Corporation polishes up our act with paint, decals, and wheel simulators for the Volvo trucks! Looking good!
March 5, 2010 The 2nd bleacher system arrives just in time for the March 16 program. This brings our seating capacity to 700 students during the outside portion of the VIP for a VIP program. January 20, 2010 Old Dominion delivers again! Completing the second bleacher project, we began focusing on tow vehicles for these units. Old Dominion offered not one, but two road tractors for use in towing our two bleacher systems to schools. A record schedule awaits us for the 2010 year beginning in mid March and everyone is excited !
December 23, 2009 Skip Moore and Kevin Gray with the Weaver Foundation present a BIG check for $25,000 to the Board of Directors of VIP for a VIP Inc, completing funding for our second mobile bleacher system just in time to order for the spring programs. The two 300-seat bleacher units will provide adequate seating for most of the schools we visit during the outside portion of the program.
December 9, 2009 The VIP for a VIP program receives a grant from the Joseph Bryan Foundation through the United Way of Greensboro. The $12,000 grant will provide funding to help purchase a second set of mobile bleachers to enable more programs to be delivered without the need to locate and move bleacher sections from other locations. This is the second award from the Bryan Foundation.
October 27, 2009 The 2009 program completed our busiest year ever included delivery of 19 VIP for a VIP programs around North Carolina reaching 10,244 students with our strong message about teen driving decisions and consequences. To date, 31,923 students have seen the program. Thank you to Total Transportation Solutions for use of a road tractor to tow our mobile bleachers around North Carolina.
May 7, 2009 Firemen's Fund Insurance and Hull & Company present the VIP for a VIP program a big check for $5,000 toward the purchase of a second mobile bleacher unit. We're on the way! May 4, 2009 The Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro awards the VIP for a VIP program $5,000 for our second mobile bleacher project !
March 3, 2009 The first mobile bleacher unit arrives at Greensboro Fire Station 43 just in time for the first spring program. The show is on!
March 2, 2009 The VIP for a VIP program received a check for $10,000 from VF Jeanswear / Bluebell Foundation at a presentation at the Grooms Inn. The check, presented by Sam Tucker, was in memory of Taylor Allred, a student at Southern Guilford High who lost his life in a vehicle accident December 11, 2008. The funding award will be used in the purchase of mobile bleachers that will increase the number of programs being delivered.
March 1, 2009 Audio / Visual equipment purchase completed just in time for the spring programs. The NC Association of Insurance Agents provided funding of $15,000 to the VIP for a VIP program for this equipment.
